Whitening 20%
Whitening Tray Instructions - Opalescence 20%
Brush teeth before inserting the tray.
Place a BB pellet sized amount of gel for each tooth in the tray and wear for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
You can always wear it 2 times a day to break up wearing the trays (1 to 2 hours in the morning and 1 to 2 hours in the evening).
If too much gel is used it may come in contact with the gum tissue causing sensitivity and may turn your gum tissue white. Take care to remove any excess material with a tissue after placing the trays.
After you are finished whitening:
- Remove the gel with a soft toothbrush and water.
- Remove excess gel from the tray.
- Clean tray with soft brush and cool tap water.
Store tray dry in the case provided.
Store Opalescence out of sun and heat. Refrigeration recommended when not in use.
Repeat this procedure once or twice a day for 10–14 days.
While whitening, it is best to avoid drinking dark liquids such as coffee, soda, and red wine.
You may experience a slight increase in sensitivity while whitening. If needed, skip a day of whitening to allow sensitivity to settle.
