How to Care For Your Mouth to Prevent Tonsil Stones

1. Use Xlear nasal spray – one squirt per nostril
2. WaterPik
3. Swish mouth with ½ cap of TheraBreath mouthwash
4. Gargle throat with ½ cap of TheraBreath mouthwash
5. Brush
6. Floss
7. Blow nose
8. Use Xlear nasal spray – one squirt per nostril (again)
