Perio Protect Care and Instructions

1. Hold the tray open side up and apply a thin line of gel to the chewing surfaces of the teeth. A little gel goes a long way!
2. Place the trays in your mouth so the tray covers all the teeth and fully seats into place. Spit out any excess gel.
3. Wear the trays for 15 minutes and repeat twice a day unless directed differently.
4. After the time is completed, rinse the trays with COLD water. Brush the trays gently with a soft bristle toothbrush to remove any excess gel.
5. No soaking is needed to store the trays. Allow them to air dry between uses.
