Office Manager
I have been the Office Manager since 2014. Graduating from NDSU in Business Administration and Hospitality & Tourism Management. Each day brings new and interesting interactions with our patients, and I love getting to know them on a personal basis along with the generations of families we see at our office. Having been at the office since 2012, I have enjoyed watching the family’s change and evolve. Everyone on our team has an amazing relationship and we all truly value and care about our patients and they can feel that when they come to our office. We strive to have everyone be as comfortable as family!
My husband Tyler and I have three amazing kids along with a baby black lab, Blue. I love spending weekends at Cormorant Lake with the family enjoying the water, skiing at Big Sky, Pheasant Hunting in Western ND and reading when I get a chance between my three kids crazy schedules. You will find me proudly wearing my alum green and gold as I celebrate the NDSU Bison! Go Bison!

Office Coordinator
I have been our Office Administrator since 2013, and have worked in dentistry since 1998, starting my career as a dental assistant. I love helping our patients, whether it's finding an appointment time that works for them or answering questions along the way.
One of the best parts of my job is getting to know our patients and hearing about what's happening in their lives. Building those relationships is what makes coming to work so rewarding. I'm also incredibly thankful to be part of such a caring team that's passionate about helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for.
When I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, Dan, our son, Brody, and our spunky Yorkie, Lola.

Communications Coordinator
I earned my dental assisting degree from Salina Area Technical College in 2009 and joined Gruchalla Dentistry in 2021. Over the years, I've worked in nearly every corner of dental practice operations -- from chairside assisting and lab tech work to treatment coordinating and front office administration. This well-rounded background allows me to support our patients seamlessly through every stage of their care. I love building lasting relationships with our patients and working alongside a supportive team that truly feels like a family.
At home, life is happily busy with my husband, Nathan, our kids, Henrik and Willa, and our rescue dog, Mikka. When I'm not at the practice, you'll find me camping, crafting, spending quality time with loved ones, outside, or checking out local businesses and community events.

In 2023 I joined the crew at Gruchalla Dentistry after obtaining my Dental Assisting degree at MState in Moorhead. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, but most of all interacting with our patients.
Most of my free time is spent with my husband, daughter, and dogs. I like spending time at the lake and hunting.

I began my dental assisting career in 2016 working in the dental specialty of periodontics. I joined Dr. Gruchalla's team in 2023. I love the variety that dental assisting brings along with the oppurtunity to get to know patients. It is such a rewarding experience to help them smile again!
I have an orange tabby cat named Cheddar who is a real character! I love traveling to warmer climates, spending time with friends and family, iced coffee, and the color pink!

I am a graduate from the DA program at Century College in White Bear Lake, MN and started with the team at Gruchalla Dentistry in 2025! When working with patients, I like to focus on patient comfort and patient education, making every visit as stress-free and personalized as possible, just like the rest of the team. Building lasting relationships with patients and families is the most rewarding part of my day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiance Justin and our 3 golden retrievers (Asher, Melvin and Leonard). I look forward to welcoming you to the practice and helping you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way!

I am originally from Bottineau, North Dakota and moved to the Fargo area three years ago to start my education in the dental field, where I pursued my dental assisting certification at M State College. Here at Gruchalla Dentistry, we work together to provide the best care for our patients. Everyone is supportive and willing to help each other, and it creates a positive environment where I can continue learning and growing as a dental assistant.
I live with my fiancé, Nico and my cat, Briggs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and various creative activities.
Allison
Dental Hygienist
With 20 years of experience in dentistry, Allison is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She began her career as a dental assistant before pursuing dental hygiene school, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the dental experience. She loves building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to make every visit comfortable, educational, and positive.
Outside of the office, Allison is married to her husband Ryan. They have two kids and two dogs. She and her family enjoy traveling, spending weekends at the lake with family and friends, golfing together, and making the most of Minnesota summers.
When she's not caring for patients. Allison enjoys staying active through ftiness, seeking out new adventures, getting lost in a good book, enjoying a cup of coffee, admiring a sunrise or sunset, and preserving family memories through scrapbooking. She believes that a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude go hand in hand, both in and out of the dental office.

I have worked for Dr. Gruchalla for the past eight years, and have been a hygienist for 20 years. I truly enjoy educating my patients on their oral health and ensuring they have all the info they need to maintain a healthy smile. I love educating kids and teens on how to care for their smiles starting at a young age.
I'm married to my hubby Tim and have three kids and a golden-doodle Ivy. Outside the office I enjoy walking, coffee, spending time with family and friends, and spending time at the lake. I feel so lucky to be working with some of the kindest and most compassionate co-workers that truly want the best for their patients.

I graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2000 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I am committed to getting to know each one of my patients and educating them on their oral health in a comfortable and stress-free environment. I really enjoy visiting with our patients and getting to know them and their families. I am grateful to work with an amazing team that is dedicated to making each visit a positive one. Everyone comes to work each day with a smile on their face.
I have been married to my husband, Leon, for over 26 years. We have 3 amazing children - Logan, Lucas, and Laina. We have an adorable pup, Milo. I enjoy spending time with family and friends at the lake, reading and going to our children's activities.

My name is Wendy and I grew up in South Dakota. I have been in the dental field since 2000, 1st as a dental assistant and then went back to school for dental hygiene. My husband and I married 11 years ago and have a blended family of 5 kids. We also have 2 dogs, Ozzy and Oscar.
I love to travel, watch my kids grow up, and enjoy their activities, I love plants and my little garden and have recently become a sucker for Reality TV (Married at First Sight/Love is Blind)
