Directions for OraCare Rinse

Use a 1:1 pump ratio of the OraCare into the provided cup. Let the rinse sit and activate for 30 seconds. Then swish with rinse between 30–60 seconds.

Example: 2 pumps from each bottle, or 3 pumps from each bottle depending on your preference.

When to Use:

OraCare can be used before or after flossing and WaterPik, just remember to not use OraCare or a WaterPik after brushing as it will wash away the fluoride from your toothpaste.

The rinse remains activated for 5 minutes, but OraCare recommends using it within the first 30–60 seconds after activation.

CAUTION: OraCare can cause bleaching or staining of fabrics.
