Fluoride Toothpaste Usage

• Brush for 2 minutes as normal.
• Spit - DON’T RINSE.
• DO NOT have anything to eat, drink or rinse for 30 minutes following using fluoride toothpaste.
• You can use fluoride toothpaste morning and night - it is most effective at night due to the fluoride remaining on the teeth all night.
