Fluoride Toothpaste Usage

Brush for 2 minutes as normal.

Spit – DON’T RINSE

DO NOT have anything to eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes following using fluoride toothpaste.

You can use fluoride toothpaste morning and night – it is most effective at night due to the fluoride remaining on the teeth all night.
